He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and a postgraduate qualification from Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand. Having studied in both countries, Lahiru understands the student migration journey and the challenges faced by international students firsthand.
Before founding Dream Way Consultancy, Lahiru held several leadership roles in the corporate sector, including Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager, and Supply Planner. These roles equipped him with strong planning, leadership, and client service skills, all of which he now applies in his role as a trusted New Zealand Immigration Advisor.
