Lahiru Kooragama is the Founder and Director of Dream Way Consultancy and a Licensed New Zealand Immigration Adviser (License No: 202401526). With a strong academic background and a wealth of professional experience, Lahiru leads the company with a clear mission — to offer ethical, accurate, and personalized immigration services for those aspiring to build a future in New Zealand.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and a postgraduate qualification from Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand. Having studied in both countries, Lahiru understands the student migration journey and the challenges faced by international students firsthand.
Before founding Dream Way Consultancy, Lahiru held several leadership roles in the corporate sector, including Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager, and Supply Planner. These roles equipped him with strong planning, leadership, and client service skills — all of which he now applies in his role as a trusted New Zealand Immigration Advisor.
As an immigrant himself, Lahiru is deeply aware of the emotions and complexities behind every visa application. His goal is to provide end-to-end guidance, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their migration journey.
